Request for proposal is invited from eligible bidders under “Two Cover System” for the selection of EPC Contractor for development of basic infrastructure. The details of the RFP is as follows:

| 2 | Name of the Work | Engineering, Procurement & Construction Contract for development of basic infrastructure works at Polymer Industries Park in Voyalur and Puzhudivakkam Villages, Thiruvallur District, Tamil Nadu under EPC. |
| 3 | Purchase of RFP Document | RFP document can be purchased on all working days from 21.11.2019 to 23.12.2019 between 11.00 AM and 03.00 PM from the address mentioned in Sl.No (1) above on payment of Rs.10,000/- by way of Demand Draft in favour of “Tamil Nadu Polymer Industries Park Limited” from any Nationalized / Scheduled Commercial Bank payable at Chennai. Alternatively, the RFP documents could be downloaded from www.tenders.tn.gov.in, www.tidco.com & www.tnpolymerpark.com at free of cost. |
| 4 | Earnest Money Deposit | Rs. 60,00,000/- (Rupees Sixty Lakhs only) in the form of Demand Draft or Irrevocable Bank Guarantee with a validity period of 12 months from any Indian Nationalized/ Scheduled Commercial Bank in favour of “Tamil Nadu Polymer Industries Park Limited” payable at Chennai. |
